He is most famous for his portrayal of Oscar Reyes in the Colombian telenovela Pasión de Gavilanes, and as Marcos Mutti in La Mujer En El Espejo. He has also played prominent roles in the films La cara oculta and The Snitch Cartel. He was born Juan Alfonso Baptista Díaz in Caracas, Venezuela, on September 9, 1976.
