Stephanie Niznik was an American actress of film, television, and theatre, best remembered by the public for her role as Nina Feeney in The WB family drama series Everwood. She also appeared as a guest-star in several television series such as Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, Profiler, Sliders, JAG, Frasier, Epoch, Star Trek: Enterprise, Traveler, and Diagnosis: Murder. Born Stephanie Lynne Niznik on May 20, 1967 in Bangor, Maine, she had a younger brother named David. She attended John Bapst Memorial High School and earned her Master’s degree in Fine Arts from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. Niznik made her film debut in the 1994 BDSM-themed comedy-thriller, Exit to Eden, and her first major role was that of Agent Judith Phillips in the 1995 action television series, Vanishing Son. She died in Encino, California at the age of 52 on June 23, 2019.
