Sunny is an American-born South Korean singer, DJ and radio host. She is best known for being a member of SM Entertainment’s girl group Girls’ Generation, which known for singles like “Kissing You,” “Run Devil Run” and “Into the New World.” She is joined in Girls’ Generation by Yoona, Tiffany, Yuri, Seohyun, Taeyeon, Hyoyeon, Sooyoung and Jessica. Aside from Girls’ Generation’s activities, Sunny has appeared in numerous side projects including original soundtracks, television variety shows, musical acting and radio hosting. She was nominated for Korea’s equivalent of a Tony Award for her work in the Korean theatre prodution of Catch Me If You Can in 2012. In 2008, Sunny co-hosted of the Melon Chunji Radio with Super Junior’s Sungmin.
