She progressed to her first Grand Slam semifinal at the 2020 US Open, defeating former world No. 1 Angelique Kerber en route. Born Jennifer Elizabeth Brady on April 12, 1995 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to parents Elizabeth and Patrick Brady, she has a twin sister named Jessica.
