She is best known for her roles as Kahlan Amnell in the television series Legend of the Seeker, Rose Solano in Jane the Virgin, Rebecca Lowe/Rachel Turner in White Collar and Dottie Underwood in Agent Carter. From 2016 to 2018, Regan played Sasha Cooper on the TNT drama series The Last Ship. She also appeared on an episode of NCIS: Los Angeles with LL Cool J.
