Filippo Nigro is an Italian actor who played Filippo, the Giovanna Mezzogiorno’s husband in the 2003 Italian movie Facing Windows, directed by Ferzan Özpetek. He played Remo in the 2009 Italian comedy film Different from Whom?, for which he was nominated at David di Donatello for Best Supporting Actor. Born on December 3, 1970 in Rome, Lazio, Italy, he studied at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia under Lina Wertmüller. He is married to film and television producer Gina Gardini. Together they have three children.
