Jenkins is also the host of Lifetime Television’s My Workout: Powered by Podfitness.com. She has appeared on Fear Factor, won $50,000 and the title of the first female winner of Fear Factor, and is one of 17 experts chosen for Nike Corp.’s Elite Athletes program. Jenkins wrote the book The Hollywood Trainer Weight-Loss Plan.
