Previously, McGrath worked for FOX Sports as an executive. She was an in-arena host, sideline reporter, and also hosted produced and edited content for the Celtics team website. Born Molly Anne McGrath on June 6, 1989 in San Francisco, California to Deborah and Michael McGrath, she is of Irish descent on her father’s side, and of Mexican-Spanish descent on her mother’s side. She has an older brother, Patrick, a college football player at Princeton University. After graduating from St. Ignatius College Preparatory in 2007, she studied Broadcast Journalism and Communications at Boston College. She began her professional career as a production assistant at ESPN, where she logged play-by-plays, produced highlights, and other support tasks for various ESPN shows. She was in a relationship with NFL Defensive Player Alec Martinez from 2014 to 2015. Currently, she is in a relationship with Max Dorsch.
