In June 2018, she began starring in the Colors TV show Naagin 3 opposite Pearl V Puri. Born on May 29, 1988 in Jalandhar, Punjab, India, she has one younger brother named Shanu. She did her schooling from Shiv Jyoti Public School and Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya. She earned her Master of Arts degree in English from Apeejay College of Fine Arts. Surbhi began her career with the regional theatre and films. In late 2016, she began dating Varun Toorkey.
