He is best known for his roles in the films Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings movie trilogy, A History of Violence, Eastern Promises, and A Dangerous Method. His other notable film credits include The Indian Runner, Carlito’s Way, Crimson Tide, Daylight, The Portrait of a Lady, G.I. Jane, Psycho, A Perfect Murder, A Walk on the Moon, 28 Days, Appaloosa, Far from Men, Captain Fantastic and Green Book.
